Delivery Charges:
- Orders above ₹249: ₹10 delivery fee
- Orders below ₹249: ₹25 delivery fee
4. Delivery Timings
Our delivery slots are:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Evening: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Important Delivery Updates:
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be delivered during the evening slot.
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next morning.
Delivery timings may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Return & Replacement Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If any product is found spoiled, damaged, pressed, or affected by insects at the time of delivery, customers may request a replacement or return.
Return requests must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
Fresh Sabji Bala reserves the right to verify return claims before approval.
6. Wallet Discounts & Offers
Discounts and promotional wallet credits provided by Fresh Sabji Bala can only be used for future purchases on our website.
Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Hygiene & Quality

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been packed or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
