At Fresh Sabji Bala, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that all vegetables, fruits, and dry fruits are fresh, hygienic, and carefully packed before delivery.

1. Eligible Return Conditions
Customers can request a return or replacement if:
- The product is spoiled or rotten
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product contains insects or is of poor quality
- Wrong product is delivered
- Quantity delivered is incorrect
2. Return Request Time
Customers should report any issue within a reasonable time after delivery for faster resolution.
To process returns quickly, customers may be asked to share product photos for verification purposes.
3. Refund Process
Once the return request is verified and approved:
- Refund amount may be credited to the customer wallet/account
OR - Replacement product may be delivered based on availability
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used during checkout.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted if:
- Product has been fully consumed
- Damage occurred after delivery due to improper storage
- Return request is made after an unreasonable delay
- Product quality issue cannot be verified
5. Wallet Discounts & Promotional Credits
Promotional wallet balances, offers, and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order has been packed or dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Fresh Produce Disclaimer
Fresh vegetables and fruits are natural products. Slight variations in shape, color, size, and appearance are normal and do not qualify as product defects.
